I still incorporate one of my earlier works in all my portfolios. The project was to design a folly (half habitat/half sculpture) somewhere on campus. The Formal Garden is everything you are picturing…a formal garden…lots of trees….a “mini river”, etc. Thus, we have “The Folly in the Formal Garden”.

High Rise Design

Senior year I worked in the New York Design and Development Studio aka “The High Rise Studio.”
And yes, these properties are way out of your price range. After market analysis, code and zoning research, and a proforma, this final design was proposed.
